2012 Art Exhibition of Chinese Ink Painting and Photography

In this exhibition Nathan displays his recent ink and brush paintings. Some landscape paintings are created based on painting styles from Song, Yuan, and Ming dynasties. Others are ink paintings of black bamboo, green bamboo, plum blossom, and magpies. They combined both traditional skills and his own style - the color, composition, and design.

Nathan loves nature. He has spent a lot of time travelling and exploring North American parks and wilderness. He uses his camera to record scenery and animals. In this exhibition, he also showcases his photographs which reflect his passion in nature.
